Usage

Use this template to display the abbreviation CE (Common Era). The template links to an explanation of the term at Appendix:Glossary.

The template displays the abbreviation without full stops or periods, and is equivalent to {{C.E.|nodots=1}}. To have the abbreviation display full stops or periods, use {{C.E.}}.

There is a gadget that will turn this template and {{BCE}} into the B.C./A.D. format.
