Creates an mw:OOjs UI-style button to a Wiktionary page.

link=- The page to be linked to.
text=- The text for the link.
button styles=- CSS classes for the button (see the MediaWiki Living Styleguide). Overrides the default classes.
styles=- CSS styles for the text. Overrides the default styles.
