This will output the "Did you mean: foo" message, when another page exists, but the current target page does not.

Input parameters:

• 1 = orig page
• 2 = page to check for existence (and give message if it does)
• span = span tag (used in MediaWiki:Monobook.js to redirect)

Notes

• Currently skips all Talk: namespaces.
