Appendices refers to a series of pages in the form [[උපග්‍රන්ථය:Xxxx]]. They have their own namespace. They usually treat a common linguistic topic, which distinguishes them from "වික්ෂනරිය:" pages which deal with Wiktionary's own operational issues. Appendices should be tagged with [[ප්‍රවර්ගය:උපග්‍රන්ථ|පිටු නාමය]] (or the appropriate sub-category). This will cause them to be automatically included in මෙම ලැයිස්තුව.

Appendix pages often provide:

• grouping of terms by script similarity (e.g. උපග්‍රන්ථය:Variations of "a" and උපග්‍රන්ථය:Unicode)
• grouping of terms by topic (e.g. උපග්‍රන්ථය:Names)
• information about a linguistic topic (e.g. උපග්‍රන්ථය:Welsh pronunciation and උපග්‍රන්ථය:English adverbs)

In addition, the Appendix is the only place for:

• Terms that aren't allowed by the CFI (e.g. ප්‍රවර්ගය:Appendix-only constructed languages, ප්‍රවර්ගය:Reconstructed languages, ප්‍රවර්ගය:Fictional universes, ප්‍රවර්ගය:Appendix-only terms)
• Terms that aren't supported by the MediaWiki software (උපග්‍රන්ථය:Unsupported titles)
